Chicken Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 box Anns Pastry Dumpling Strips
  • 4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 3-4 Diced carrots
  • 5 bouillion cubes
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Boil chicken in large pot of water until chicken is fully cooked.

  2. Do not drain water

  3. Add enough water to fully cover chicken with 2 inches above

  4. Remove chicken and bring water back to a boil

  5. Add carrots and celery and boil for aprox 5 min

  6. Add Bouilin cubes and add dumplings and follow box directiond for time to boil

  7. Meanwhile dice up cooled chicken

  8. Add diced chicken to pot after dumpling are done and boil for aprox 2 min.

  9. Remove from heat cover and let sit 20-30 min to thicken
