  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2-3 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
  • ice
  • optional: whey protein powder, cocoa, cinnamon or shredded coconut


  1. Put everything in the blender and blend until creamy.
