Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1/2 cup minute rice
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix hamburger, rice, the onion, salt, celery powder, garlic powder and pepper.

  2. Shape mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls into 24 balls.

  3. Place meatballs in 11 ” x 7” oblong baking dish.

  4. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs.

  5. Bake at 350° oven for 1 hour.
