Easiest Granola Balls. Ever.

These little balls are great for hiking, camping or road trips, or just as a quick, healthy snack on busy days. Kids enjoy helping to make them, and you’ll enjoy that they’re getting a healthy, inexpensive snack!

Serves 12 people

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2-4 tbsp milk

Directions

  1. Cook oats in a dry nonstick skillet over medium-high heat on your stovetop, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes or until they are golden brown.

  2. While oats are cooling, mix honey, peanut butter, cinnamon and brown sugar in a large bowl until well blended.

  3. Stir oats into the peanut butter mixture, adding milk 1 tbsp at a time until oats will hold together.

  4. Form into 1-2 inch balls, keeping hands wet to help with forming process.

  5. Store in refrigerator. Makes approximately 2 dozen 1-2 inch balls.
