Ingredients

  • 4 oz fresh basil (3 1/2 cups)
  • 1 cup walnut halves and pieces
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon

Directions

  1. In a food processor add the walnuts, garlic, sea salt, and olive oil. Process until smooth. Add the basil and lemon juice and process again until smooth
