Caprese Salad

Fresh tomatoes and fresh handcrafted mozzarella both of which we have at our store

Ingredients

  • 2 med. red tomates, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup yellow pear tomatoes, cut in half, optional
  • 3/4 cup diced fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Red Wine Salad dressing

Directions

  1. Gently toss tomatoes, mozzarella, parsley, basil and salt together in a large bowl. Season with pepper.

  2. Use your favorite allowed dressing
