Ingredients

  • * 4 slices all natural nitrate-free Genoa salami
  • * 4 tsp mild goat cheese with garlic and chives
  • * 4 slices of organic red pear

Directions

  1. Lay the salami out. Spread 1 tsp of goat cheese on each piece. Lay a slice of pear over the cheese and roll each salami piece up. If necessary, hold together with a toothpick.
