Rosemary Cashews

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c raw, unsalted cashews*
  • 2 T honey
  • 2 T rosemary, chopped
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1/4 t cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 t salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat. Pour it all out onto a baking sheet. Bake until the nuts have browned, about 12 minutes. Toss the nuts around about half way through the baking time.
