Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Frosting
- 1 stick butter
- 4 Tbsp cocoa
- 6 Tbsp milk
- 1 package powdered sugar (approx. 2-3c.)
Directions

Mix sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon in a bowl, set aside

In a sauce pan bring butter, oil, cocoa and water to a boil

Pour over dry mixture

Dissolve soda in buttermilk

Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla to mixture and mix well

Pour into a greased and floured 12×18 pan

Bake @ 400degrees for 20min

5 min before cake is done make frosting:

Boil butter, cocoa and milk

Pour over powdered sugar in a bowl

Pour frosting on cake as soon as it comes out of the oven
