Banana Waldorf

Ingredients

  • 1 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 small apple, cored, peeled, and sliced
  • 1 cups vanilla yogurt, non-fat
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp ground walnuts

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Place in individual serving dishes and chill until ready to serve.
