Ingredients

  • 2 Bunches Italian Flat Leaf Parsley (finely chopped.
  • 6 (about a bunch) Green onions (finely chopped)
  • 4 Lg. Tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 3 Lemons
  • 5 T. Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Bulgur wheat
  • 1 Cup Boiled
  • 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt

Directions

  1. Add 1 cup of boiled water to 1 cup Bulgar wheat in a small bowl and mix. Place a tea towel over bowl & set aside to cool.

  2. put all finely chopped veggies in a Lg. bowl. (Parsley, Onions, Tomatoes)

  3. Juice all the lemons and pour over Veggies. Add Olive Oil, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Take the Bulgar and add to veggie mix & fluff. Serve.
