Broccoli Ham Ring

The recipe creates too much filling for teh crescent ring. Underestimate everything, or just eat the left-over!

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls (8 oz)
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 lb ham, fully cooked and diced
  • 2-1/4 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley
  • 2 tbsp honey dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Unroll crescent dough and place triangles on a 12" pizza pan, forming a ring with the pointed ends faced outer edge and the wide ends overlapping; lightly press wide ends together

  2. Combine cheese, ham, broccoli, onion, parsley, mustard, and lemon juice; spoon over wide ends of crescent rolls

  3. Fold pointed ends over the filling and tuck under the wide edge of crescent rolls (filling will be visible and overflowing)

  4. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min until golden brown
