Ingredients

  • 1. Flour : 500 gm
  • 2. Potato (aloo) : 250 gm (boiled)
  • 3. Onion : 1 piece (finely chopped)
  • 4. Garlic paste : 1 tsp
  • 5. Green Chillies : 5 pieces
  • 6. Sugar : 1/2 tsp
  • 7. Salt : to taste
  • 8. Refined oil : as required
  • 9. Hot water : as required
  • 10. Coriander leaves : 1/2 cup (chopped)

Directions

  1. Sift flour in a bowl.
  2. Add1 tsp of salt,1 tbsp of oil.
  3. Mix well using hand. Pour hot water bit by bit & make a soft dough.
  4. Cover the dough with a lid for 30 minutes.
  5. Peel off & smash the boiled potatoes.
  6. Mix salt, sugar, green chillies, coriander leaves with the boiled potatoes.
  7. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok. Add onion, garlic paste & stir fry for 2 minutes.
  8. Add the potato mixture. Stir continuously till oil releases.
  9. Remove from the heat & keep aside.
  10. Now divide the dough into 5 or 6 balls.
  11. Make bowls out of the balls & fill them with the potato keema.
  12. Roll out each balls into circles.
  13. Heat a pan. Shallow fry the parathas one by one till golden brown using 1 tbsp of oil for each.
  14. Serve hot with curd or chutney.
