Mint Chutney

  1. 6 cup mint leaves,1 large tomato chopped, 2 bunches coriander leaves, 2 dates, ½ tsp pepper,1 lime juice,1tsp cumin(roast & grind), ½ tsp salt, 1tsp chillie powder, ½ tsp honey,2cup water.

  2. Optional : ½ tsp garam masla, ¼ tsp perungaayam, 15 raisins, 1 onion.

  3. mix all & blend to puree.

  4. Mint Pulav : ¾ cup rice, ¾ above chutney, 2tsp corn, ¾ tsp peas, 1tsp butter, 1 cup water , ¾ tsp salt,turmeric. Mix all and cook in pan.
