Caramel Sultana Biscuits

Nice flavoured fruity biscuits

Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 20 people

Ingredients

  • 125 g butter, softened
  • 2/3 C caster sugar
  • 1 T golden syrup
  • 2 T milk
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 C sultanas
  • 1 1/2 C flour, sifted
  • 1/2 t mixed spice

Directions

  1. Cream butter, sugar & golden syrup.

  2. Warm milk, add soda and when frothy, add to creamed mixture.

  3. Stir in flour, spice and sultanas.

  4. Bake in spoonful lots at 180oC approx 15 minutes.
