Fajita Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 4 tangerines, juiced
  • 4 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
  • 3 Tbs fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree about 30 seconds until almost smooth.

  2. Transfer to a large sealable container and refrigerate.

  3. Combine one pound of your favorite protein and marinate for several hours or overnight.

  4. Grill your protein and fill flour tortillas and assorted vegetables. Top with guacamole.
