  • 3/4 cup instant oatmeal, nuked in water or fat-free milk
  • 3/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 3/4 cup mixed frozen blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries
  • 2 teaspoons whey powder
  • 3 ice cubes, crushed

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in blender until smooth.
