Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown rice
  • 3/4 cup canned black beans
  • 1 teaspoon Benecol spread
  • Dash of tabasco

Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to the package directions

  2. Add the beans (with liquid), margarine, and tabasco. Stir. Refrigerate overnight and nuke at lunch.
