Fire Roasted Tomato Sirloin Steak Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef sirloin steaks (3/4" thick), cut into strips
  • 1 pouch (9 oz.) Campbell’s Skillet Sauces Fire Roasted Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1-1/2 cups Uncle Ben’s Original Long Grain Rice

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add beef sirloin and cook until browned

  3. Stir in Campbell’s Fire Roasted Skillet Sauce and heat to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until beef is cooked through.

  4. Cook rice according to package directions.

  5. Serve over cooked rice.
