3-Ingredient Creamy Sundried Tomato Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, halved
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, packed in oil
  • 1 cup cream
  • Freebie Pantry Items: garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper

Directions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with 3-tablespoons of olive oil. Toss in 3 cloves garlic, then chicken and sundried tomatoes.

  2. Salt and pepper as desired.

  3. Cook chicken until browned. Flip and cook on other side, lowering heat as needed to cook the chicken all the way through.

  4. Pour cream into skillet, simmer until warm. Garnish with fresh basil.
