Shiner Bock Wings

(from largomason’s recipe box)

Ingredients

  • 2 12 oz bottles Shiner Bock
  • 1/2 C spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 C Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1/4 C unsalted butter
  • 24 chicken wings, tips removed

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the wings. Stir over medium heat in a saucepan for about 10 minutes.

  2. Get peanut or canola oil to 350 degrees in a deep fryer.

  3. Put the wings in a bag with some flour and shake well. Fry them for about 10 minutes.

  4. Drain on paper towels and toss in the sauce.
