Chicken Chilli

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boneless chicken big cubes
  • 3 tblspoon Oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tblspoon Soyasauce
  • Batter
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tblspoon Cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp Ajimoto
  • 2 tblspoon Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tblspoon Soyasauce
  • Sauce
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • Green chillies seeds removed
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tblspoon Soyasauce
  • 2 tsp Chili Sauce
  • 1 tblspoon Cornflour
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Stock
  • 1/2 maggi cube dissolved
  • 1 tblspoon Vinegar

Directions

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and soya sauce for 1/2 an hour. Dip in the batter and deep fry. In a pan, heat oil, add the chopped onion and green chillies fry till transparent, add the stock, add the seasoning, add cornflour dissolved in water 1/2 a cup, cook till slightly thick, remove, add the fried chicken, serve with rice and pour sauce on it.
