Chinese Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Rice
  • Drop of vinegar
  • Oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp ajinomoto
  • 2 spoon sugar
  • chopped ginger
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup hara dhanya
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 2tblspoon soya sauce.

Directions

  1. Boil rice and let it cool for 6-7 hours add a drop of vinegar to it.

  2. Saute the vegetable, now add boiled cooked rice. Add a while add 2 tblspoon soya sauce
