Coleslaw with Italian dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 white cabbage
  • 1 small colve garlic
  • 6 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 level tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp crushed fennel seeds
  • 1/4 level tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Cut away coarse outer leaves from cabbage, remove the core and finely shred the cabbage. Crush the garlic and put in with all the other ingredients, in a a screw top jar and shake vigorously. Pour this dressing over cabbage and toss.
