Caked Alaska

Ingredients

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Sugar 4 oz
  • Flour 3 oz
  • Eggs 2
  • Black caramel Syrup 2 tablespoon
  • Baking Powder 3/4 tsp
  • Cocoa 3/4 oz
  • Cooking Chocolate 2 tblspoon
  • Milk 2 tablespoon
  • Sauce:
  • 3 oz icing sugar
  • 1 tbspoon cocoa
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 3 tblspoon milk

Directions

  1. Beat sugar and butter till light and fluffy, add eggs one by one.

  2. d flour, baking powder, cocoa gradually. A tablespoon at a time. This should be sieved before putting. Add caramel syrup and milk. Add before caramel syrup cooking chocolate dissolved with milk mix it now and add to caramel syrup. Bake for 20 mins at 350.

  3. Cut slices and serve two scoops of icecream in between 2 cakes. Decorate with chocolate sauce.

  4. Cook all the sauce ingredients till it boils but should not be hot boil. Add it to the cake.
