  1. Fry pepper in ghee and coarse/fine grind it. fry mustard,vendhayam,perungaayam,curry leaves and garlic(opt)

  2. grind tomato,onion(opt) and add to i.Add coriander powder and saute.

  3. Add tamarind water and boil it until it thickens
