  1. Fry in ghee the onion(1), GG paste,tomato(2),salt,cumin powder,coriander powder,turmeric,chilli powder,paneer.

  2. soak and grind almond(20), and cashew(20) into paste with water.

  3. Add the 2 paste to 1 and cover with plate and dum it.

  4. Dum method: Make maida dough and wrap the edges of the plate and vessel with it.
