  1. Split the brinjal into 4 and deep fry them in oil.Keep it aside.

  2. fry 2spn sesame seeds,4spn peanut,2spn pottu kadalai,2spn coconut,red chilles and 2spn dhania.grind it.

  3. Fry in pan with oil onion,GG paste when fried well add the grounded paste.Add little cumin powder.Cook till oil oozes out.

  4. Add the fried brinjal at the end and do not cook for long.just 5min if necessary.
