Quick Grilled Barbecue Chicken

This takes 5 minutes to prep. Our store sells cut-up skinned chicken

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 90 minutes
Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces or buy our skinless cut-up chicken
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups your favorite barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with garlic powder. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  3. Remove baking dish from oven and drain any fat from dish. Pour the barbecue sauce evenly over the chicken and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove and serve.
