Crock-Pot Thick and Creamy Hot Chocolate

  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 (14oz) Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 6 Cups Whole Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract


  1. In a large Crock-Pot, combine all ingredients and stir.

  2. Cover with lid and cook on low for two hours, whisking every now and then to comine the melted chocolate chips.

  3. Ladle into mugs and serve with marshmallows or whipped cream.
