Pork Shoulder

Ingredients

  • Pork Shoulder (about 4 pounds)
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion
  • 1 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 6 ounce can tomato paste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • cilantro
  • olive oil
  • 1 tblsp white vineagar

Directions

  1. Brown pork shoulder in olive oil in pan, on all sides

  2. Add pork and remaining ingredients into crock pot

  3. Cook on high for 6-7 hours

  4. Shred and put over rice or tortillas
