Meat and Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Brown meat and garlic.

  2. Bring water to boil, add onion, simmer for 5 minutes. Add mushroom soup.

  3. Place layer of thinly sliced potatoes in bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole, top with layer of browned meat and layer of mushroom soup and onion mixture.

  4. Add another layer of potatoes, meat and soup.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
