Ingredients

  • 1 pound white chocolate (also called white "almond bark")
  • 1/2 cup peppermint candies crushed

Directions

  1. Cover 15×12 baking sheet with foil, shiny side up.

  2. Put your red & white peppermints in a plastic baggie…put the baggie on your wooden cutting board so you won’t ruin your counter top and crush mints with a hammer. Leave some bigger pieces and some tiny pieces.

  3. Melt white chocolate in saucepan. I find the microwave is wonderful for melting chocolate.

  4. Stir in crushed peppermint.

  5. Spread thinly on foil-lined pan. To speed firming, place in refrigerator for about 1 hour.

  6. Peel foil from candy and break into pieces.
