Sneaky way to get those veggies into your kids.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Kraft "Deluxe" Macaroni & Cheese prepared as directed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

Directions

  1. TIP: I have made my own macaroni & cheese.

  2. Prepare macaroni & cheese according to package directions. (This is the kind with the soft cheese in a packet, not the dry powder cheese.)

  3. While macaroni is cooking, pre-cook vegetables…about 8-10 minutes in microwave works well. Drain off any liquids.

  4. Add mushroom soup and using can from soup, measure off and add 1/2 can milk.

  5. Stir in pre-cooked vegetables.

  6. Serve immediately or heat prior to serving.
