Tri-Color Molded Salad

Ingredients

  • LAYER 1:
  • 2 1 pound 1 ounce cans fruit cocktail
  • 1 3 ounce package raspberry jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • -
  • LAYER 2:
  • 1 3 ounce package lemon flavored jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

  • LAYER 3:
  • 1 3 ounce package lime flavored jello
  • 1 cup boiling water

Directions

  1. TIP: I like to use a teflon bundt cake pan for my mold. Lightly spray mold with Pam.

  2. LAYER 1: Drain fruit cocktail, reserving 1 cup syrup.

  3. Dissolve raspberry gelatin in boiling water.

  4. Add 1/2 cup syrup and 1 1/3 cup fruit cocktail.

  5. Pour into greased 2 quart mold.

  6. Chill until almost firm.

  7. LAYER 2: Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water, cool.

  8. Gradually add to salad dressing, mixing until well blended.

  9. Fold in whipped cream.

  10. Pour over raspberry layer.

  11. Chill until almost firm.

  12. LAYER 3: Dissolve lime jello in boiling water.

  13. Add 1/2 cup syrup and remaining fruit cocktail.

  14. Pour over lemon layer.

  15. Chill until firm.

  16. Unmold on serving platter.
