Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups regular Rolled Oats
  • 2 1/4 cups skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp golden raisins
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc.)

Directions

  1. Mix everything in a bowl the night before.
