Directions

  1. BASIL = oregano or thyme

  2. CHERVIL = tarragon or parsley

  3. CHIVES = green onions, scallions, onion, or leek

  4. CILANTRO = parsley

  5. ITALIAN SEASONING = blend of any of these: basil, oregano, rosemary and ground red pepper

  6. MARJORAM = Basil, thyme or savory

  7. MINT = Basil, marjoram or rosemary

  8. OREGANO = thyme or basil

  9. PARSLEY = chervil or cilantro

  10. POULTRY SEASONING = sage plus a blend of any of these: thyme, marjoram, savory, black pepper and rosemary

  11. RED PEPPER FLAKES = dash bottled hot pepper sauce or black pepper

  12. ROSEMARY = thyme, tarragon or savory

  13. SAGE = poultry seasoning, savory, marjoram or rosemary

  14. SAVORY = thyme, marjoram or sage

  15. TARRAGON = chervil, dash fennel seed, or dash aniseed

  16. THYME = basil, marjoram, oregano, or savory
