Swiss Chard, Kale or Beet Tops with Garlic and Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of Swiss Chard or Kale
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Wash Swiss Chard, cut out coarse stems. Coarsely chop.

  2. Saute garlic in oil until light brown. Add spinach and toss in oil.

  3. Cover for 1 minute and cook.

  4. Stir and recover and cook for 1 more minute.

  5. Pour off liquid.

  6. Sprinkle a little more olive oil. Add salt.
