Bread machine recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c milk (70-80 degrees)
  • 1 Tbsp olive or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 to 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 c crumbled feta cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 c bread flour
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/4 c sliced ripe olives

Directions

  1. In bread machine, place the first 7 ingredients in order suggest by manufacturer

  2. Select basic bread setting

  3. Choose crust color and loaf size if available

  4. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 min of mixing; add 1-2 Tbsp of water or flour if needed)

  5. Just before the final kneading (your machine may audible signal this) add the olives
