Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing

  • 6 boneless pork loin chops (1 in thick)
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pkg (6 oz) crushed stuffing mix
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling with cinnamon


  1. In a skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium-high heat

  2. Prepare stuffing according to package instructions

  3. Spread pie filling into a greased 13×9×2 baking dish

  4. Place the pork chops on top; spoon stuffing over chops

  5. Cover and bake at 350 for 35 min

  6. Uncover and bake 10 min longer or until a meat thermometer reads 160
