Hay and Staw

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (16 oz) linguine
  • 2 c julienned fully cooked ham (thin sliced to resemble the pasta)
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 3 c frozen peas
  • 1 1/2 c shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c whipping cream

Directions

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions

  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute ham in butter for 3 minutes

  3. Add peas; heat through

  4. Drain linguine; add to with ham mixture, Parmesan cheese and cream

  5. Serve immediately
