Cherry Coke Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c water
  • 2 pkgs (3 oz each) cherry gelatin
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 3/4 c cola

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice

  2. Set fruit aside

  3. In a saucepan or microwave, bring pineapple juice and water to a boil

  4. Add gelatin; stir until dissolved

  5. Stir in pie filling and cola

  6. Pour into a serving bowl

  7. Refrigerate until slightly thickened

  8. Fold in reserved pineapple

  9. Refrigerate until firm
