Cinnamon Monkey Bread

  • 4 tubes (7 1/2 oz each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 c butter, melted
  • 1/2 c packed brown sugar


  1. Cut each biscuit into four pieces; shape into balls

  2. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon

  3. Roll each ball in cinnamon-sugar

  4. Arrange evenly in a greased 10in fluted tube pan

  5. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar

  6. Combine butter and brown sugar; pour over top

  7. Bake at 350 for 30-45 min or until golden brown

  8. Cool for 5 min before inverting bread onto a serving platter
