Salmon Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 package (250g) cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 213-g can salmon, drained
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 350.

  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, eggs, lemon juice, salt and thyme until smooth.

  3. In a separate bowl, flake salmon, mashing bones.

  4. Stir cheese mixture into the salmon.

  5. Stir in onion.

  6. Spoon mixture into a greased 8-inch baking pan.

  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the centre comes out clean.

  8. Allow to stand 5 minutes before cutting into bites.
