Ingredients

  • As many ears of sweet corn as you have people plus a couple extra.
  • -
  • Serve with:
  • Margarine or butter
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Pre heat grill to 400 degrees.

  2. Leave husks in tact. Do not cut off bottom or tops.

  3. To remove silk, place in sink and spray down with water. Working with 2 ears at a time, Put two soaking wet ears in microwave for 4 minutes. Remove from microwave and put ears back in sink.

  4. Gently pull back husk one leaf at a time cooling down with water so you can handle. When silk is exposed you will be able to easily remove the silk. Gently pull all leaves back up around the ear of corn.

  5. NOTE: Sometimes when you purchase the corn some of the husk will be removed to reveal the kernels. If this is the case, after you remove the silk, cover that portion with a piece of aluminum foil.

  6. Place ears on grill for about 25 minutes, turning every 5 to 8 minutes.

  7. Cut off stem end of cob and husks will easily remove.
