  1. Splutter mustard,asafateida,tamarind water,curry leaves, coriander leaves, and tomato puree,salt.

  2. Boil it and add rasam powder,toordal water. Boils it again and remove from flame. then filter it.

  3. In a separate pan add butter,mustard and the above rasam liquid, chopped tomato, curry leaves,coriander leaves and boil it once. remove it.

  4. Prepare ulad vada and add to the rasam.
