Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup is rice cooker cup

Directions

  1. Combine 1 cup Quinoa, 2 cups water, 1/2tsp curry powder, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/2tsp salt, 1/4tsp coriander powder, 1/4tsp cummin powder, 1/4tsp sugar in a pot and bring it to boil.

  2. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for 15-20min.

  3. Remove from heat and cool for a while.Then fluff with a fork and cool it uncovered.

  4. Then add onion,grated carrot, cucumber, bell pepper, lemon juice,mint leaves and pepper.
