Red berry yogurt smoothie

Ingredients

  • 500g frozen summer fruits
  • 50g golden caster sugar
  • 300ml apple juice
  • 500g raspberry yogurt

Directions

  1. Put the frozen berries into a large processor or blender with the sugar, apple juice and raspberry yogurt. Whizz until smooth.

  2. Sieve the mixture to remove the seeds, and chill until needed.
