Just Corn

How I fix corn.

  • 1 can of corn, drained
  • OR
  • 2 cups frozen corn kernels, rinsed with warm water
  • OR
  • fresh kernels cut off cob
  • 1 heaping tablespoon sugar
  • dash salt
  • 1/2 to 1 stick butter/margarine


  1. Place butter in the bottom of pan. Add corn.

  2. Sprinkle with salt and sugar.

  3. Cover, simmer until bubbles, stir, bring back to bubbling. It’s done!
