Italian Pinwheels

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, regular or reduced-fat, softened
  • 1 cup diced pepperoncinis
  • 8 slices deli ham or prosciutto
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 24 slices salami
  • 4 flour tortillas, medium-sized


  1. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and pepperoncinis together. To prepare the pinwheels, spread a quarter of the mixture onto a tortilla, going all the way to the edges. Place 2 slices ham, 6 slices pepperoni, and 6 slices salami on the tortilla, leaving a 1 inch border. Roll the tortilla up as tightly as possible, making sure the end seals with cream cheese. (Note: The # of meat slices may need to be adjusted if the tortilla will not seal properly.) Trim the ends and cut the remaining tortilla roll-up into 8 even slices. Serve immediately.
